– Larry the Cable Guy will hit the boob tube for a Christmas sepcial, though, of course, it won't be your typical holiday fare. "Larry The Cable Guy Christmas Spectacular" will be aired in December on VH1.
"I always wanted to do a variety show and when I say 'variety,' I mean 'variety,'" he said on his web site. "Anytime you have an entire green room full of strippers and midgets with Vicki Lawrence next door and Kid Rock next to her, how can ya miss?
Larry's co-host was Tony Orlando. Others appearing were George Wallace, Flavor Flav, Penn Jillette, Jamie Kennedy, Carrot Top, Jim Bruer, the roast master Jeffery Ross and Charlie Callis.

Larry The Cable Guy will make you giggle embarrassedly now and again, but you won't feel good about it. Larry is a Blue Collar comedy team member, the one with the "Git-R-Done!" catchphrase, and this holiday offering is a redneck's perspective on Christmas.
