Turner's "Punching Bag" to lead chart

Wednesday, June 20, 2012 – Josh Turner's fifth studio album, "Punching Bag," will be the top country disc when the Billboard Country Albums chart is out on Thursday. The disc sold 45,000 copies. This marks the fourth time Turner has hit the top 10 on the overall Billboard chart and the 11th country disc to do so this year, 5 more than last year at the same point.

Neil Young and Crazy Horse were seventh with "Americana" with 37,000 units sold, down 15 percent. Alan Jackson was eighth with just under 37,000 units sold, down 50 percent.
