Strings extends tour

– Billy Strings will continue his headline tour through this summer with newly confirmed shows in New York, Baltimore and Minneapolis.
The ace bluegrass guitarist is nominated in two categories at the 64th Annual GRAMMY Awards: Best Bluegrass Album (Renewal) and Best American Roots Performance ("Love and Regret") .
New tour dates are:

June 23-25—Cary, NC—Koka Booth Amphitheatre
June 29—New York, NY—The Rooftop at Pier 17
June 30—Scranton, PA—Peach Music Festival
July 2-3—Baltimore, MD—Pier Six Pavilion
July 22-24—Louisville, KY—Iroquois Amphitheater
July 29-30—Indianapolis, IN—TCU Amphitheater at White River State Park
Aug. 4—Saint Charles, IA—Hinterland Music Festival
Aug. 5—Minneapolis, MN—Surly Brewing Festival Field
Aug. 6—Moorhead, MN—Bluestem Amphitheater
Aug. 9-10—Bonner, MT—Kettlehouse Amphitheater
Aug. 12-13—Troutdale, OR—McMenamins Edgefield

Tickets go on sale in two phases with the first eight dates on-sale Monday, March 7 at 10 a.m. local time and the remaining shows going on-sale Monday, March 14 at 10 a.m. local time.
Strings is currently touring, hitting Madison, Wisc. tor three shows starting Friday.
