Kickstarting Country Standard Time to Nashville
Jeffrey Remz | July 23, 2014
The Americana Music Association's annual shindig is one of the best festivals out there. I've been to it a few times and always enjoyed it. The fest is a great chance to see lots of the musicians that we cover. Not to mention a whole slew of special performers at the awards show at the Ryman.
This year's line-up is really good as well with folks like all there.
We want to provide excellent, full coverage of the fest with reviews, video and more, but need your support. There are a lot of costs involved in going to the Festival, including air fare, hotel and food.
As a result, CST started a Kickstarter campaign to raise $5,500 to get a writer and photographer to the Festival. With Kickstarter, there area lot of awards for contributors based on the size of their donation If you give enough to ours, you can even participate in interviews with artists.
We are grassroots and independent. We are not beholder to anyone save the tens of thousands of people who read us every single month. We tell you like it is and have done so for more than 20 years - always for free in the U.S.
Now, we really need your help in the next 11 days more than ever both financially and telling your friends about the effort. Thanks for helping in any way you can.
