Chesney adds one more Foxboro gig
Friday, December 7, 2012 – Kenny Chesney, who holds the record for the most sold out concerts for any artist in any genre at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, Mass. with 8 shows, added an additional date at the venue to this summer's 'No Shoes Nation' Tour on Friday, Aug. 23.
Tickets for the new Gillette Stadium date, 1 of 18 stadium dates are on sale today. The show will be the final date of the tour.
Chesney, who's played a country-world record 85 stadium shows in his career, makes it to more than 100 with this summer's 'No Shoes Nation' Tour, which kicks off Saturday, March 16 at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Fla. More 'No Shoes Nation' tour dates will be announced in the coming months.
Nearly 40,000 members of Kenny Chesney's No Shoes Nation snapped up tickets for the July 12 show at Target Field in Minneapolis in 30 minutes today.
