Steel Magnolia singer releases single

Thursday, February 27, 2014 – The debut solo single from Steel Magnolia's Joshua Scott Jones goes for immediate airplay today.

The single, "Honk (If You're Tonky)," is featured on Sirius XM The Highway's On The Horizon. Jones' music video for the single premiered on Billboard.com yesterday and is being added to CMT Pure's rotation today.

The debut album, "The Healing," will drop this summer. Jones will kick off the "Honk If You're Tonky Tour" on March 7.

Jones was one half of Steel Magnolia with Meghan Linsey. They won season two of the talent show "Can You Duet?" They had a hit in 2009 with "Keep On Lovin' You" and release one EP and one studio album for Big Machine. The duo broke up last year.
