Deborah Allen ruptures appendix

Wednesday, March 11, 2009 – Deborah Allen was hospitalized Friday with appendicitis after debuting a song the day before at the Country Radio Seminar event.

Allen previewed her new song There's A Last Time For Everything in Nashville. She wrote the song with Curtis Wright. The song can be heard at LastTimeForEverything.com and read Allen's thoughts on the song.

Early Friday morning (March 6), Allen complained of stomach pains, which caused her to miss interviews at CRS. A trip to the hospital revealed a ruptured appendix requiring immediate surgery. Allen was recovering in a Nashville-area hospital as of Tuesday afternoon.
