Cobb, Highland Travelers release new sounds

– Brett Cobb and Highland Travelers, a bluegrass band, top the list of new releases.
Cobb is out with "Providence Canyon," his second release. The disc was produced by his cousin, Dave Cobb, who's had a lot of success with Chris Stapleton and Jason Isbell. Brett Cobb plays country, swamp rock and soulful songs.
Highland Travelers is out with a self-titled disc on Mountain Fever. The band consists of Adam Steffey, Keith Garrett and Gary Hultman, fellow former Boxcars, and Jason Davis and Kameron Keller from Ramblers Choice. Aaron Ramsey, Mark Hodges and the band produced the 11-song disc.
